| 8:45 AM | Adrian Brambilia | YouTuber - Business Owner - Dancer - Marketer | Invest Trust & Confidence In Yourself & Anything is Possible | Adrian is a 27 year-old YouTuber, Entrepreneur, Dancer, Speaker, and Digital Marketer. He is co-owner of Unimarketa, a 20 year-old firm that is the leader in the space of all things visual, marketing, and customer experience. Adrian posted his first YouTube video dancing “The Robot” in 2007. Two years later, he was touring the world with T-Pain and competing on America’s Got Talent, all while growing a YouTube audience which today has over 72,000 subscribers and over 250,000 monthly visitors. In addition to owning a few online businesses and a not-for-profit called Dance Saves Lives (which dedicates it’s resources to teaching dance to people living in places that can’t afford lessons), Adrian has been working in the marketing agency space for over 5 years. Adrian credits much of his success to his positive support and love from family, friends, and mentors. Most importantly, though, the development and understanding of self-confidence to take risks and deal with failure in a positive manner has been the real fuel to his fire. Adrian’s biggest goal is to help other young people establish self-confidence to set authentic goals, discover true vocation, and inspire initiative to take action towards their dreams. | 2nd floor Ballroom |

Her students have been recognized with Pacemaker, Crown and Best of Show awards as well as the First Amendment Press Freedom Award. Nichols is certified as a Master Journalism Educator from the Journalism Education Association and serves as the organization's vice president. Her professional activities include overseeing the JEA Curriculum Initiative and serving on the Digital Media and Scholastic Press Rights committees as well as teaching Advising Yearbook for Kent State University's online masters program. Nichols has been honored as National Yearbook Adviser of the Year, JEA Medal of Merit, NSPA Pioneer and CSPA Gold Key. | 2nd floor Ballroom |
